We are a Trade School
Pink Caviar University is a trade school for continued education. We are not an Aesthetics or Cosmetology school.
Research Your Local & State Requirements Before Registering for a Course
We highly suggest that all students research their local, county, and state laws and requirements before registering for a course because each state has different laws. Pink Caviar University is in no way responsible for legal advice regarding laws that govern your state. Therefore, we highly suggest that you do your research for your state and county where you plan on starting your business before registering for a course.
Hands-On Training Workshops
While the school will make every effort to provide live models for hands-on training, students acknowledge that no guarantees can be made concerning said models because some models, unfortunately, are not dependable.
1-on-1 Private Training Courses
Our 1-on-1 courses are in-depth private hands-on training sessions. When registering online, the date and time you select are NOT VALID. Please call the school at 262-674-6522 to schedule a definite date for your one-on-one course. We will have to agree on a date and time to manually block off time on our schedule for your private training.
Deposits for Courses
All students must pay a non-refundable deposit to enroll in a Pink Caviar University course or session. This non-refundable deposit holds a seat in the class you're registered for, and it also goes towards your tuition. The remaining balance of your tuition is due in cash on the day of the course or session.
The Day of the Course
On the day of your course, you must provide the card you paid your deposit with, your state-issued ID for verification purposes, and the remaining balance of your tuition in cash. Cash is the only form of payment that will be accepted the day of your class or session; no exceptions. Suppose your course has a requirement listed. You must provide documents showing you are currently enrolled, or a recent graduate of a beauty school, or a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist.
Dress Code
Pink Caviar University asks that all students wear all black, specifically all black scrubs. If you don't own a pair of black scrubs, please opt in to wear all black.
No Cellphone Policy
Pink Caviar University does not allow recordings during sessions or courses. Please bring a notebook so you can take notes because audio or video recordings are not permitted.
Rescheduling a Course
At this time, PCU doesn't offer rescheduling of courses. Therefore we asked that you checked the date, time, and class price to make sure it works best for you because all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Registration
Online registration ends Wednesdays at 11:59PM EST *before the class that's scheduled for Sunday. To register for a course that's no longer online is called Late Registration. The Late Registration fee is $50. You will need to contact the school to have them manually register you for the course at 262-674-6522. You will be asked to pay the Non-Refundable Deposit and the Late Registration fee via invoice to register.
Refund Policy
Please ensure that you are signing up for the correct Pink Caviar University course. Please check the dates, times, and prices before registering online. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. When you register for a PCU course and pay a non-refundable deposit, you are securing a seat in that specific class which prevents other students from registering, and this is the reason why deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We understand that things may happen that might prevent you from attending your class. Unfortunately, the deposit will still be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. This policy also applies if you were absent, late, or missed your enrolled course.
When Registering You Agree & Accept Our Policies
When registering for a Pink Caviar University course or coaching session, you agree and accept our university policies and the terms and conditions of our Non-Compete Contract. Please download the link below to read over the agreement before registering.

Are all the class dates listed on the website accurate?
Yes, all dates that are listed under each class are accurate. If you are looking to schedule a 1-on-1 course, you will need to call us at (470) 278-1732 to receive a date for the course.
Are the classes more than one day?
All of our classes are 1 day courses.
Does Pink Caviar University offer financial assistance or payment plans?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer any payment plans or financial assistance to students.
Do all classes require a non-refundable deposit for me to sign up?
Yes, all classes, courses, and coachings require a deposit to sign up.
How does the deposit work?
Before enrolling in any of our classes/courses you will have to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to sign up and hold your slot for the class, and the remaining balance for the course will be due in cash on the day of the class.
Can I pay with a card on the day of the class?
Unfortunately, you can not pay the remaining balance with a card on the day of the class (NO EXCEPTIONS). ONLY cash is accepted. Please refer to our "University Policies" for more details.
Do I get a certificate of completion after any course/class I decide to take?
Yes, after the class is finished, you will be rewarded with a certificate of completion.
Can I get a refund for my deposit?
No, unfortunately all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
